KVKK Information Notice
1. Data Controller
Within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data are processed by TUNA EDUTECH YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ as the data controller.
2. Categories of Personal Data
Depending on your relationship with Tuna EduTech, the following personal data categories may be processed:
- Identity data (name, surname, title, etc.)
- Contact data (e-mail address, phone number, address, etc.)
- Billing and payment data (invoice title, tax number, etc.)
- Transaction security data (IP address, log records, date/time data)
- Service usage and request data (support requests, forms, content and analysis requests)
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data may be processed for the purposes listed below, in line with the general principles and legal grounds set out in KVKK:
- Planning, executing and improving the services provided,
- Managing offers, orders, invoicing and payment processes,
- Carrying out customer relations and communication activities,
- Fulfilling legal obligations arising from applicable legislation,
- Ensuring information security, preventing misuse and detecting unauthorized access.
4. Method and Legal Grounds of Collection
Your personal data are collected electronically through forms filled out on our website, e-mail correspondence, online meetings, contract processes and similar channels.
Your data are processed based on the legal grounds stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, including situations where data processing is explicitly provided for by law, necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, required for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, or necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Where required, your explicit consent may also be obtained.
5. Transfers of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with legally authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit firms, legal and financial advisors, business partners and infrastructure/technology providers from whom we receive services, in accordance with the transfer conditions set out in KVKK and subject to appropriate security measures.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data are processed,
- To request information if your personal data have been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred at home or abroad,
- To request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data and to request notification of such rectification to third parties,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in KVKK and to request notification of such actions to third parties,
- To object to results obtained against you through analysis of data exclusively by automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
7. Application Method
You may submit your requests regarding your rights to the data controller in writing or by using the other methods specified in KVKK and related secondary legislation (such as secure electronic signature, registered e-mail address (KEP), mobile signature or your e-mail address previously notified to our systems). Your applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days, depending on their nature.
