Pre-Contract Information
1. Information on the Service Provider
This Pre-Contract Information notice relates to the distance service contract to be concluded between TUNA EDUTECH YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Seller") and the real or legal person ordering services ("Buyer") through the Seller's website.
2. Main Characteristics of the Services
The services offered by the Seller mainly consist of academic consulting, statistical analysis, software development and integration, and training/workshop activities. These services are predominantly digital in nature and performed remotely. The exact scope and content of each service are described in detail on the relevant service page and in the order or quotation summary.
3. Price, Taxes and Additional Costs
The total price of the service, including applicable taxes, is clearly displayed on the relevant product/service page and on the checkout or quotation summary. VAT and other statutory charges, if any, are calculated in accordance with the applicable legislation and included in the total amount. Any additional fees arising from the payment institution (e.g. installment surcharges, commissions, exchange rate differences) are subject to the conditions of the relevant institution.
4. Payment Method and Performance
The service fee may be paid by credit card, debit card or other payment methods that may be introduced by the Seller. Payment is collected upon conclusion of the distance contract, and performance of the service starts in accordance with the mutually agreed schedule. The services are digital or remote in nature and do not involve shipment of physical goods.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
As a rule, Buyers who qualify as consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days following the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In line with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised or may be limited, in particular when:
- Services have been fully performed with the Buyer's explicit request and consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
- Digital content is delivered instantly in an electronic environment and the Buyer benefits from it immediately,
- The service is customized according to the Buyer's specific needs or project requirements (e.g. tailor-made analyses, reports or academic content).
6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
The Buyer may communicate any requests or complaints regarding the service through the Seller's contact channels. In case of disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or where the service is performed are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
