Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between TUNA EDUTECH YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Seller") and the real or legal person ("Buyer") placing an order for services through the Seller's website under the domain www.tunaedutech.com.tr, under the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the provision and performance of services whose type, scope and price are specified on the website and confirmed in the order summary, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Main Characteristics and Price of the Service

The type, nature, scope and duration of the service are determined by the descriptions on the website, the information displayed on the order page and the order summary approved by the Buyer. The total service fee including taxes and payment terms are clearly shown on the checkout page and in the order summary.

4. Payment and Invoicing

The Buyer may pay the service fee by credit card, debit card or other payment methods offered by the Seller. Following collection of the service fee, an e-invoice or e-archive invoice is issued based on the billing information provided by the Buyer and delivered in accordance with the applicable legislation.

5. Performance of the Service

The Seller performs the purchased services remotely via communication channels specified by the Buyer (online meetings, e-mail, file sharing platforms, etc.). Services may consist of digital content, consulting, analytical reports, software development deliverables or training activities.
